    We are so excited to be back for 2021! In anticipation of another sold out season we've made it possible for you to prebook your stalls ahead of getting your entries in. Request your stalls today!

    We accept stall requests from trainers or their agents and confirm stabling when we receive valid show entries on or before the early entry deadline, so please get them to us as soon as possible!

    Arrivals & Departures: Per-week requests allow arrival up two days prior to the start of competition. (For example, if competition begins Wednesday with a Tuesday warm-up day, you can arrive Monday morning.) Departure is by 7pm the final show day (Sunday).

    Early Arrivals: Arrivals earlier than this must be arranged in advance and are $50 per night per stall. Please use the Special Requests field to let us know if you need to arrange this.

    Sunday Night Stay-over: You may stay over Sunday night following the show for $35 additional per stall. Please indicate your preference here:

    Showing both weeks: A Sunday night stay following June week 1 is included in your per-week rate. Only select Sunday Night Stay below if planning to stay over following the second week:

    How Many Stalls and Horses?

    Pricing for Swiftwater and Alpine (June): $275/week (matted) or $225/week (standard) including tack stalls, Mon-Sun 7pm. Sunday night stay-over: $35/stall. Other fees and taxes may apply.
    Pricing for Pacific Crest Open (July): $235/week (matted) or $190/week (standard) including tack stalls, Tue-Sun 7pm. Sunday night stay-over: $35/stall. Other fees and taxes may apply.
    Pricing for Pacific Outreach (July): $75/night (matted) or $60/night (standard) including tack stalls. Sunday night stay-over: $35/stall. Other fees and taxes may apply. Outreach exhibitors who stay 4 nights or more will receive the PCO per-week rate: ($235/$190).
    Pricing for Cascade Finals (September): $160/week including tack stalls, Thu-Sun 7pm. Sunday night stay-over: $35/stall. Other fees and taxes may apply.

    Stall details: Portable 10' x 10' stalls with doors and electrical service are provided. Rubber mats are available for a limited number of stalls. One bale of shavings is included with each stall, and you can pre-order additional hay, feed, and shavings online (use of straw is not permitted). Please refer to the Prize List rules & information for full details.

    Stall Request Terms

    • All stall requests are contingent upon the receipt of your valid show entries with deposits by the early entry deadline.
    • Only requests from trainers or their agents can be honored.
    • Choices are not guaranteed. Once we receive your valid entry fee, we assign stalls based on your preference, length of stay, and number requested, on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to horses showing both weeks, sponsors, and entries coming from out of state. We do our best to satisfy all requests, but stalls do sell out. Please submit your show entries early! If you need to adjust your stall counts, please contact the Show Office. Thank you for your understanding.
    • Availability of matted stall space is limited, and we cannot mix and match.
    • July Outreach nightly fees are exclusive to Outreach-only exhibitors.
    • When you arrive at the Horse Park, please check the Cascade Welcome Area or the Show Office for your specific stall assignments. Stabling is also posted online at the Competitor Portal prior to the show.
