Choosing an Entry Portal

Cascade Horse Shows supports three online entry systems:

  • HorseShowing.com: Enter shows managed by ShowPro competition software (including Cascade shows). Set up your account, add your horses and people, then enter any compatible event. Fees for entering Cascade events are covered by us.
  • Cascade Online Entry: Enter Cascade shows directly through our website via an easy to use form. Add your horses, people and organizations to your Cascade user account in advance, or without an account choose to have the form remember details to make additional entries easier. Free to use.
  • Equestrian Connect: the original and classic online entry portal, enabling you to set up an account to quickly enter supported shows for an annual subscription fee.

After you or your trainer have received confirmed stall reservations, you may enter Cascade shows through Horse Spot, an easy to use online portal. If you have an account on our site, you may continue to use your Cascade Competition Dashboard to track your show activity.

Arrivals & Departures

What you need to know to come and go

Arrivals and Departures

Arrivals:  You may arrive as early as two days prior to the start of competition.  (For example, if competition begins Wednesday with a Tuesday warm-up day, you can move in on Monday starting at 10 am.)  You may arrive later if you like.  For approval to arrive earlier than two days prior, contact us at .  Early arrivals incur a per-night fee for stalls and for RV spaces, as applies.

Departures:  Departure is by Sunday 5 pm of your final showing week. Sunday nights in between consecutive shows are included at no additional charge. Sunday stay-over prior to departure: If pre-arranged with the show office, you may stay over the Sunday night prior to your departure for an additional per-night fee per stall and per RV space, as applies. You must vacate by 8 am Monday morning. Fees will be assessed for unclean stalls and/or stall damage. See Prize List for details.
