Cascade Horse Shows events provide access to an engaged community of competitive riders, their families and fans, as well as spectators who come to enjoy the excitement of equestrian sport.

We offer prominent placement near our show rings so you can always look your best. “Vendor row” is located in a beautiful tree-lined path that leads directly from the stables to the show rings and thus enjoys a very high “foot” traffic. When not competing in or watching the show, attendees are a “captive” audience: looking for good food, an equestrian-related shopping experience, and auxiliary activities to do in their downtime.

Who Can Participate?

Food & Beverages:  Food trucks are a staple of horse shows across the country. Attendees frequently lack the time to leave the showgrounds for food during the show day. As such they are looking for variety of options for breakfast, for lunch, and for late afternoon snacks.

Products & Services: What better way to pass downtime than with a little shopping?  That’s what our riders, trainers, owners, and spectators say. Anything horse- or equestrian lifestyle-related can be appealing. From tack to trailers, saddles to show clothes, barns to boots, big-boy toys to little-dog toys: a range of potential buyers awaits.

Space and Pricing

Vendor space is $350 per week*. Vendors must provide all tables and materials required for their booths. Cascade Horse Shows will provide 110 volt power, access to water, and tent space.  A vendor application must be completed to confirm space at a show. Space is limited and as such is offered to sponsors first.

*Note: Vendor space may be included with some sponsorship levels and/or provided in-trade for products or services supplied to the show. Please discuss these options in advance.
