There is a small fee to use the service. An annual subscription is $25 per horse, or you can pay as you go at $1 per show day per entry (with a maximum of $4 for a show regardless of duration). This fee is collected directly by HorseShowing.com, not by Cascade Horse Shows. A subscription enables you to use the service to enter other supported shows.

HorseShowing.com requires a user account for you to store your horses and other information to enter shows on an ongoing basis, similar to Equestrian Connect. If you are an exhibitor and your trainer is also using the service, you can link your accounts so that your horses in your trainer’s account are visible to you.

HorseShowing.com online entries run in your browser but are formatted like an “app” for mobile phones. If you are accessing it on a desktop computer, you may find a narrower window size helps with navigation.

This is the first page you see when you create an entry. You select your horse, owner, trainer, etc. The bottom of the page allows you to click Save.

This is the page you are taken to once you hit Save. IMPORTANT: At this point your entry has been created but it has not been submitted to Cascade Horse Shows. If you forget to click Submit, your card may be charged but we won’t actually have received your entry! Make sure to click the Submit button–it should turn blue.

For your deposit, you may either enter credit card information or send a check. To send a check instead of charging your card, make sure to select the Check payment option. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Submit.
